DP Triple Forces

Add Lugia to the list, I see no point in Quad. Meltdowns ability without it. Add Ho-oh too as there is no deck with Lugia without Ho-oh

Edit: Wait I messed up on Regigigas, I forgot Level and Pokedex! Can someone fix that?
 
I got Suicune, sorry I couldn't get the other dogs, my image hosting server (Which is actually my website) is running really slow.

How do you make holo-graphic cards? I do regualr fakes so I will assist starting in about 1hr.
 
Static Aura needs to read either =
When Raikou is put on the Bench from your hand, you may use this Power. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.

Or =
Once during your turn, before you attack, you may use this Power. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. (In which case it would be too overpowered, so I would add "Discard a card from your hand and flip a coin." instead of just flip a coin.)

I would also give it a retreat cost of one.
 
But that is why his attack is so weak. :p
So I think the power is fine.
Oh but Raikou should have to be active.
But then again it's already made so.
