What's going on guys, below I have added my Dragapult list that I have been messing with recently. I was hoping to get some insight on others ideas. I thinking about dropping a Budew to 1, the Iron Thorns (Capsule, and energies) to start with i just haven done a bunch of testing with this build. I think adding a Kelfkei would be a good idea, an extra rescue board, swap Artazon for Town store to pull the tools out (maybe both?) but currently cant think about the other changes to make.

Hello! Firstly, I would say to cut the Iron Thorns package entirely from your list. Without the overabundance of Regidrago or Charizard in the format, Initialization loses a lot of its utility. Even considering those two matchups specifically and other decks like them where Iron Thorns was useful in the previous format, Budew covers your bases. Not to mention most of the power that came from playing Iron Thorns previously was playing 4 of them so you could start it as often as possible. Klefki wouldn't be a bad inclusion, as it gives you options for slowing down your opponent when you're forced to go first, and it has merit by not getting stuck active like Thorns, as well as being searchable by Poffin.

I would also put multiple copies of Lance into the deck, as well as a Lumineon V and Forest Seal Stone. A big reason why Dragapult is so good against Budew decks is that Lance makes you much less reliant on items for your own setup. Lumineon and Seal Stone are just consistency staples in any Stage 2 deck that basically every single one of them should play. You essentially get to turn Ultra Ball into whatever two pieces you need.

If you haven't already, I highly suggest looking at all of the Top 16 Dragapult lists from the Merida Regionals. The 60 that Aiden Khus and Brent Tonisson played is very polished: https://limitlesstcg.com/decks/list/15734

But as a starting point this is what I'd change:
-1 Iron Thorns ex
-1 Future Booster Energy Capsule
-2 Lightning Energy

+1 Lumineon V
+1 Forest Seal Stone
+2 Lance
