I've decided to play Drampa Garb for Tennessee because it's the deck I'm most comfortable with, as well as it being a consistent deck when it comes to how every game plays out. Here's my list:

The Hoopa is an interesting inclusion I made for the sole purpose of playtesting. It's the only flexable space in the list, I'm 100% sold on every other card. After testing Buzzwole, the 10 Damage from Rainbow mattered a lot more than I thought. And with Latios, I didn't like investing a DCE on a Pokemon with that low HP. Hoopa does the same thing as Latios, but for a single Energy attachment, but unlike Buzzwole, it was only worth 1 prize.
