There's 1 more trainer that can find LV X pokemon, PokeBall...

Celio's Network, Bebe's Network (or what ever it's called), Pokéball, Master Ball, Dark Ball, Quick Ball or Any Card thats state Pokémon Cards. Remember that Old cards stated Basic Pokémon or Evolution Card now says Pokémon Card. Since Lv. X's or Level up's, not Basic zPokémon or Evolved Pokémon, Cards like Holon Mentor, PETM and Suchs CAN'T Search for them.
Before people are telling what they Think.
Lv. X are not Basic Pokémon nor Evolved Pokémon. Thus Cards like Celio's can Search it. PETM and Suchs, Can't.
Do Remember that Basic Pokémon or Evolution Cards are now Classified as Pokémon Card.
