Drone Strikes in the Middle East

Fun fact: Stats can be made up. This is rare, but if somebody has a political agenda that needs to be filled, they have a team of writers and a list of stats.
For all you know, they could be lying.

This is the original source:

''Press reports suggest that over the last three years drone strikes have killed about 14 terrorist leaders. But, according to Pakistani sources, they have also killed some 700 civilians. This is 50 civilians for every militant killed, a hit rate of 2 percent — hardly “precision.” American officials vehemently dispute these figures, and it is likely that more militants and fewer civilians have been killed than is reported by the press in Pakistan. Nevertheless, every one of these dead noncombatants represents an alienated family, a new desire for revenge, and more recruits for a militant movement that has grown exponentially even as drone strikes have increased.''

Yeah while I agree that civilians do die and we need to decrease that number, those stats were estimated so yeah that's not even a real number to go on. Also those articles are from 09 th ny times one and the other one as well. I believe that tech has evolved on drones, and have a higher accuracy rate then they did.

Wile we are all just 'Googling' look up "Bill Clinton bombs aspirin factory" OMG i remembered all that on the news. Now that i look back at the impeachment for his affair with Monica Lewinsky and Bushes 35 articles of impeachments. Wait what? We go after Bill's affair but then when bush sends UAV's to war and the U.S. trys to stop it we vote on the matter? lol
