Dudunsparce, Sableye from “Wild Force” and “Cyber Judge”

What is the significance of "once during your turn" if you shuffle the card into the deck?
Ruling consistency. It wont usually matter, but on the off chance they print an effect that says "Pokemon cards cannot be returned and shuffled into the deck", or something, it will still be protected by the once per turn clause.

I imagine Gen 10's gonna add Dududunsparce, and then the TCG will be filled up with Dunsparces. EVERY SET WILL HAVE A DUNSPARCE.

This one isn't though, unless you are spreading lots of damage onto the bench and not the active. Also there are plenty of bad Sableye cards, such as Sableye V, or the ones from Vivid Voltage and Paldea Evolved.
I was talking about the illustration, which looks beautiful. :)
I know nothing about competitive. >.<

Bibarel is straight up better than Dudunsparce, which is unfortunate because it would've been cool to have a version of Bibarel that is better for decks that want to build a hand.

If Dudunsparce was draw 2 once per turn, without having to shuffle it into your deck, that would've been much better.
