The Strategy:

Spread damage then move it around with Dusknoir, then double it up with Aegislash, and knock out multiple Pokémon at once.

Let me know what you think! :)

I think this is a very interesting take on the Aegislash with its DCE attack in combination with Dusknoir. my only suggestion would be replace the Break Point Doublade with the Doublade from Primal Clash. it's attack which says

Flip a coin. If heads, put damage counters on your opponent's Active Pokémon until its remaining HP is 10.

I think that could be really clutch in certain situations for a DCE. Just my thoughts. If you test it tell me how well it works.

I will definitely do this, I can see it being amazing!

Thanks for the suggestion, and the compliment on the deck! :)

Seems like a pretty good idea. I was wondering about Aegislash's doubling the pain a while ago but I hadn't thought of it in Expanded. Nice one.

I think the only major change I would make is to run a 2-1-2 line of Aegislash and add an extra Tapu Koko Promo in place of the Honedge; that would both streamline your Evolutions(which seems like a good idea if you're running 2 lines, though I realise that each is needed for the idyllic synergy) as well as ensuring you open Koko as often as possible.

Also might be good to fit a Fisherman, or swap Stretcher for Super Rod. Something along those lines, as 4 Basic is a bit strained IMO and Dimension Valley is worthless if you can't even play a Psychic energy... Fisherman's arguably the best option, thanks to the brokenness of Tapu Lele and VS Seeker, though with 4 max it's a little less appealing. Still worth it though, I reckon, just for reliabilities sake.

Following are a few thoughts for your consideration:
  • Your Tapu Koko count should be maximized since it is the presumed starter.
  • Running 2 Stage 2 lines in the same deck is inherently "slow." Why no Trainer's Mail to enhance your setup speed?
  • When you consider that you'll most likely lose the first 1-2 Pokémon, why not run Teammates and/or Ace Trainer?
  • Another useful disruption card to incorporate into your deck is Delinquent.
  • Why no Lysandre or Guzma? In bringing up an opponent's "heavy" retreat costing Pokémon, you may be able to continue spreading damage while behind your opponent's "wall."
  • Why no Startling Megaphone or Field Blower?
  • Your Float Stone(s) will be prime target(s) for your opponent's Field Blower and/or Startling Megaphone; so, I would suggest incorporating at least 1 Escape Rope, Guzma or Olympia for 1 Float Stone.
  • Has the 4 Psychic energy been sufficient? If not, I'd suggest replacing the Rescue Stretcher with a Super Rod.
Have you tested against decks like the following decks (that are popular in the Expanded format):
  • Any deck utilizing Mr. Mime (Bench Barrier) which will nullify Tapu Koko's spread damage onto opponent's benched Pokémon;
  • Garbodor (variants) whose Ability Garbotoxin will nullify your Dusknoir's damage counter movement Ability;
  • Trevenant whose Ability will impose Item-lock upon you;
  • Water and/or Lightning decks using Rough Seas for damage healing purpose; and
  • Dark variants which can easily 1HKO either of your Aegislash and Dusknoir line Pokémon?
In regards to suggested deck changes, consider the following:

-1 Necrozma GX - not critical
-1 Tapu Lele GX - 2 should be sufficient
-4 Bursting Balloons - opponent can Lysandre/Guzma around your Pokémon with the attached Balloon
-1 Float Stone
-1 N
-1 Professor Sycamore

+2 Tapu Koko (SMP 31)
+1 Ace Trainer
+1 Escape Rope / Guzma / Olympia
+1 Lysandre
+1 Teammates
+3 Trainer's Mail

I hope you find these comments helpful.

2 stage 2 lines in the same deck is pretty bleh to play around with. I play a similar list without Dusknoir and seldom feel I'd be better off with it. As was said, Garb and Trev are everywhere in expanded. 2-1-2 Aegislash is ideal, you almost never want to actually power up and play more than one per match.

I'd definitely keep the 1 Necrozma because of what it does to Megaray, Volc and Turbo Dark, one black ray into an Aegislash is just game over for those decks. 1-2 Drampa is good for when you run into people who wise up and don't build their bench against you, you need something to force people to start building a bench. 1 Espeon-EX is good against GX evolution decks since black ray into shine will wipe any GX off the field. Oricorio is also good for split damage as a counter against marshadow/night march.

As for rough seas and mime decks, those are hard counters to this deck.

I agree with most of this, except losing Necrozma and the fourth Sycamore. I agree with @Kietharr that Oricorio would be a great addition, instead of going for the fourth Koko I'll go for a 3 Koko/1 Oricorio split. Espeon-EX also sounds like a good tech. @KabuTopgun I don't think Fisherman or Super Rod are nessescary; you only use the Basic Energy in a situation where D Valley gets bumped and you don't have another one. Here's what I'm thinking for edits:

-4 Bursting Balloon
-1 N
-1 Float Stone
-1 Tapu-Lele-GX
-1 Honedge
-1 Aegislash

+3 Trainers Mail
+1 Tapu Koko
+1 Oricorio
+1 Espeon-EX
+1 Guzma
+2 Heavy Ball (it can search Dusknoir and Aegislash)

Thanks everyone! :)
