hrm...needs major cleaning up.

Pokemon line:
4 Spiritomb AR/2 - 2 Ledian HS (Better than Masquerain)
4 - 2/1 - 2/1 Dustox/Beautifly PL

1 - 1 - 1 Vileplume UD
1 - 1 Sunflora HS/1 - 1 Blissey PL
2 Uxie LA
1 Unown Q LA

-all:
Dual Ball
Buffer Piece
Cheerleader's Cheer
Pokemon Communication
Pokemon Reversal
Life Herb
Good Rod

Add in:
Cyrus' Conspiracy
Bebe's Search
Luxury Ball
Pokemon Collector
Professor Oak's New Theory
Expert Belt
Seeker

Energy line:
4 Double Colorless Energy
7 Leaf Energy

hrm Ledian's attack is the same as Masquerain but you get to draw an extra card. Anyway, the trainers you currently run are sub-par, meaning there are better solutions to the problems which are solved by the trainers included by you, like Pokemon Collector in place of Dual Ball. You have no need for Celebi Prime and ergo Psychic Energy, nor do you need so many Leaf Energy. 4 Double Colorless Energy gives you quick Dustox's, and Metagross lets you pull out High Retreat Cost Pokemon to Burn/Confuse, like Dialga G LV. X, Magnezone Prime, Bronzong G, and Slowiking HS. With Spiritomb and/or Vileplume, you can prevent SP decks with no Dialga G LV. X out from Poketurning, effectively locking with Dustox. Blissey PL helps discard trainers against Vilegar and discard Pokemon against Lostgar, as well as heal your Pokemon when they need it.

Seems like too many 1-1-1 lines to me! Just focus on one strategy at a time, like using vileplume (2-2-2 line) to lock trainers and maybe a 2-1-(1to2) line of metagross. Consistency over speed if you are trainer locking yourself and your opponent....

P.S. I like the whole concept of this deck.... GO ROGUE

@PM: Actually, Masquerain kicks the crap outta Ledian. Masquerain has it's Poke-Body for protection, does 30 for 1, AND you get to draw 2 cards. While this isn't amazing, it's better than 10 for 1 and draw 3 with no Poke-Body whatsoever. I actually had a deck kinda sorta notreally like this way way far back when.

Anyways, I'd remove everything but Masquerain, up your line to a 4-4, and add in a 2-2 Shaymin Lv. X so Masquerain doesn't die right away. Maybe a couple of Defenders to couple with Masquerain's useful Poke-Body as well. Or, you could go the other route and add PlusPowers to do more damage. That's just what I'd do. If you want to make it a trainer lock deck, than your strategy will obviously be different. I'm just saying, if it were me, I'd go all out with maximum Masquerain(since you seem to like him anyways) and add Shaymin to give him +40hp. Attach an Expert belt and VOILA, your Masquerain had 140hp! If you count the Poke-Body, an opponent will have to do 160 dmg to one-shot you. Masquerain can also do 50 for 1, and you get to draw 2. Not bad.

You could also add in some Cherrim SF to make Masquerain hit for EVEN MORE! There are almost endless options for grass type Pokemon, and I'm trying to name all I can think of.

ANYWAYS, here's a summary of what I'd do:(this is just off the top of my head)

Pokemon: 20
4-4 Masquerain SV
2-2 Shaymin Lv. X(Land Forme)
2-2 Cherrim SF/AR
1-1 Sunflora HGSS
2 Uxie LA

T/S/S: 25
3 Pokemon Collector
2 Bebe's Search
2 Seeker
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Cyrus's Conspiracy(to search out your thin energy line)
3 Professor Oak's Visit(filler for now)
1 Palmer's Contribution
1 Luxury Ball
2 Expert Belt
2 Pokemon Communication
2 Expert Belt
2 BTS

Energy: 10
6{G}
4 Call(an absolute MUST for getting set up quickly!)

If I've done my math correctly, you've still got 5 spots left over to fill up. Put in whatever you want. I seem to have hit editors block...

Metagross allows you to pull up Pokemon with Pokepowers or Pokebodies and then attack them for 80 (W/ E-B) + B + P.
