Go to User CP at the top of the page, go to Change Signature and insert the location of the image in between the [ img ]http://pokebeach.com/forums/attachment.php?aid=673 [ /img ] tags in your signature. And you should be able to get this

Edit: Just remove the spaces in the between the img and the brackets.
