You can sell (almost) anything on eBay, as lond as it is legal, so it would be fine.

to answer your 2nd question it really doesn't matter where you bought it, so no

Just make sure it works, or if the disc looks beat up but still works fine if you want to be Totally honest you could put that. or not, your choice lol

Just make sure you're describing the condition of the game/disc in the auction. If someone buys something from you thinking it's got the original case, and it has the generic cover art, you can incur a complaint where the item was "not as described." But where you bought it from, doesn't matter at all.
