Hey guys you may be familiar with eelzone, here is my variant of it.
Pokemon:
x1 Cleffa
x1 Cryogonal (Donphan Counter)
x2 Thundurus
x2 Zekrom
3-3 Eelektrik
4-2-3 Magnezone

Trainers/Supporters
x4 Collector
x4 N
x3 Sage's Training
x3 Poke Com
x3 Rare Candy
x2 Switch
x4 Junk arm
x1 Super Rod
x2 Catcher

Energy
x2 Water
x11 Lightning

If you are going to suggest me adding something please tell me what to take out

Your list is very similar to mine w/couple exceptions. I came in 3rd in couple cities in Florida against some very good competition. Try these changes and see how it goes:

-1 cryogonal (you lose vs. donphan so don't worry about it)
-1 zekrom (one is fine, you need one for the durant match up)
+ 2 rescue energy
-1 magnemite (thundurus should be your starter)
-1 junk arm (3 is good)
+2 lightnining energy (15 total energy is perfect)

I'm assuming I should take out the water energy correct?

4 Junk Arms is too good not to run.

-1 Cryogonal
-2 Water Energy
-1 N

+1 Sage
+1 Catcher/Poke Comm
+2 Lightning Energy

Please explain why the extra sage

The extra Sage almost doesn't even need explanation. 4 Sage's willl not only help you discarding Energy, as they will get you the cards you need to set-up. It's the best drawpower Supporter for this deck. And you really don't need 4 N, cuz you will only use it at the end of the game. Don't add Pokémon Catcher, 2 is enough. Also 4 Junk Arm is mandatory in this deck. 4 Pokémon Communication too. With 4 Junk Arm, 4 Sage's and 4 Communication you will be almost always fully set-up in T3, if not T2. Also 13 Energy is good enough.
Now for the Donphan counter. You do know that Cryogonal doesn't 1-shot Donphan, right? At the moment, the most popular Donphan user deck is google/The Truth. So that means they can just remove the damage with Reuniclus. You also don't need it anyway, cuz they normally only run 2-2 Donphan. With Magnezone you can KO their 2 Donphans, and then just sweep with Zekrom/Thundurus from there. Also I don't really think that Super Rod is that useful, cuz it won't be useful most of the time. It will just be a helpful card, but not a card that is important.

-1 Crygonal
-2 Water (No more Crygonagol)

+1 Tornados (Tornados can counter Donphan AND stand up to other Pokemon)
+2 DCE (Sets up Tornados faster)
OR
+2 Electric energy (Once you've attacked with Magnezone you can't get your energy back so IMO you need more to keep attacking late game).

The extra catcher helps you use Thunderus or Zekeom more before you have to start using Magnezone. He should be an option as an attacker and not the main attacker. There's little point to using catcher when you have so many resources to OHKO pokemon in the format. If you can take 2-4 prizes without using zone then you're in really good shape because even if your attacked get knocked out that's what the eels are for. Grabs your energy back so you can zone them away for the last ohkos of the game.

Good job explaining sages.

Cryognal does knock out Donphan, but I would rather use zone to kill them instead of teching something as bad a a him in the deck.

I agree with JimboJumbo. Also my mistake, I was thinking about the other Cryogonal, the one that does 40 Damage and goes back to the hand.

Then should I keep the cryogonal?

Nope.

Like I said, use Thunderus/Zekrom and catchers to take those easy prizes as often as you can. Zone handles Donphan, especially since in order for Donphan to OHKO you, they need either 3 energies or a plus power. If you are really that afraid of Donphan, you could always tech in a plus power or two but I have found that Donphan is such an uncommon card these days that the space is better used to other cards. I guess it depends on your meta though.

Alright, thanks for the advice
