^I think that there will be a light type and a dark type Eevee. I don't think there will be a virus type and other ones that you have stated. They will probably make a certain amount before they actually stop creating different forms for Eevee.

I think that game freak do not make more Eeveelutions, But if they do it, I think it is a Fighting type!

Obviously Rockeon is physical like crazy, Toxieon is bulky, Spookeon is a physical ghost sweeper and Armoreon is a tank. All these stats add up to 525, but the only competitive Eeveelutions are the sweepers really (Jolteon and Espeon) but Umbreon was ok too. Flareon got no recognition until the physical/special split, with his puny Flamethrower going unnoticed.
These are stat combinations we have not exactly seen before, so they are possible.

Eeveelutions always have the same base stats, just rearranged in various ways. And there's always a stat that has a base of 130, and, with DPPt, we got every stat covered, with SpAtt being done twice (Espeon and Glaceon, but their other stats are different).
All 7 evolutions are the 7 original Special types: Fire, Water, Elec, Grass, Ice, Psychic, Dark. The only missing one is Dragon. While cool, I sort of doubt they'll do it. That leaves nothing but Physical types, and if that was what they were "going for," I don't think we'll see new Eeveelutions for a while.
That said, though, I wouldn't mind seeing them TRY. There's some awesome ideas out there, y'know? Just check out Deviantart.
My own fakemon Eeveelutions were Bug, Ghost, Poison, and Normal: 3 types that are Special half of the time, and then the "real" evolution. Bug was Pixeon, a "fairy" Eevee with high Spec. Def; Ghost was Zombeon, an undead Eevee with high HP; Poison was Acrideon, a venomous Eevee with high Attack; and Normal was Supereon, the "natural" evolution with even stats across the board (95? that too high?)
Of course, just sharing my own ideas...

2 Dragon Eevees and a Normal one would be pretty cool. 2 Dragons because I can see a traditional oriental dragon eevee AND an original dragon eevee. Normal with just a level up with a move would be pretty cool
Defently Gohst, mabey Ground or fighting, i mean why would Eevee turn into a bug? Or a Dragon? Scracth that Dragon part, it would grow wings. But not a bug, that would be disgusting.
