What are the Ability (if any) and attack(s) of the specified Sylveon GX? Your associated deck strategy?

With only 6 Basic Pokémon, with relatively "low" HP, currently in your deck, I'd suggest adding an Ace Trainer and/or a 4th N to help mitigate the number of mulligan(s) you'll probably have, as well as potentially playing from behind in the prize count early game.

Why no Brock's Grit or Super Rod(s)?

Also, what about adding a Team Flare or Skull Grunt (-1 Y energy) for additional opponent's energy disruption? With Item-locking being popular, it seems that a Supporter-based opponent's energy removal/denial would also be helpful.

I added all the suggestions and added a scan of Sylveon

I tried to build a deck around Sylveon gx, Umbreon gx And Espeon gx to try and handle any situation. What I saw while testing is how many times I started without any energy in hand.. and gave my Eevee knock out away to my opponent.

That's why i added 2/3 Skyla and 2 Professor's letter to really get the fairy energy you need in first turn. Now I get the energy I need turn one almost every game.

I don't see Sylveon GX as an attacker, but its first attack is excellent to setup another fairy good attacker, such as M Gardevoir or Rainbow Road Xerneas
