BW/BW2 Eevelution Promotion Today

So apparently the eevee evolution promotion starts today. I was wondering if anyone has their's yet. I played the game twice to get an espeon, but with no other comfirmation. Now I go on PGL and there's nothing that says that I have an espeon waiting for me.
Anyone else having this problem?

Lol okay. Just wanted to be sure. It was stupid of me to think that the PGL would work with something new on the day they said it will. There are always untested bugs in things like this.

Has there been any word of a fix for this? I can't get my Jolteon, but my wife got her Vaporeon. I know I went through all the steps to save my Jolteon as I was the one who unlocked my wife's Vaporeon. It really doesn't make any sence that she could get hers and I can't.

In addition, my friend got his eevee evolution too. The only thing they have in common is that they have only one game whereas I have two (Black and White). Of the people having problems, how many games do you have registered? It's possible that the bug only affects people with multiple registered games so I'm trying to get some evidence for this.
 
I have exactly one game registered with the Global Link so I don't believe that's the problem. In addition, when the Eeveelutions block breaker game was out, I beat it a total of 4 times, and got the decision to befriend Espeon 3 of those times. (The 4th time was because I had beat it again without closing the tab out.) And, I can't get my Espeon, nor can I find some sort of evidence as to where it has gone.

What perplexes me more is that some people have gotten it, but others have not. When I go to the Promotions screen it says I must be qualified for the promotion. For those that did actually get it, what did it say instead?
