I though instead of Alder it was Adeku?
Or is Adeku the Japanese name? Hmmmmm....

^Adeku is the Japanese name. Also, Grimsley reminds me of the name Grismdale Woods from The Ranger's Apprentice.

@Xierh, I've heard the name Shauntel, so I assume it's a differently spelled version of that.

Accoriding to google, different versions exist. Shauantal, Shauntay, Shauntae, Shaun (which is used for guys) etc.

Well names are names. Grimsley, as much as it may not appeal to some, is a real name.

Fact: I have a lecturer this semester whose surname is "Poo". Of course I live in Asia so I don't find it the least bit lame or funny because it's normal from my perspective.

...how does it not work? He's older than the other champions, he's older than most of the characters in the game, not to mention one would think "elder" rather than "older", and Alder is a type of red plant.

You do realize Caitlin is the same Caitlin from the Battle Frontier, right? Why would her name change across generations?
