• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

This is what I've been running as of last Sunday for my local league's tournaments:

It's a basic setup: get Emboar to the bench ASAP, and pump up Reshiram EX to cut down opponents. Bouffalant helps to stall and knock out EXes (Bouffalant vs Mewtwo EX startup being a fun example), and Mewtwo EX exists to counter other Mewtwos, as well as Rayquaza EX and Ho-Oh EX.

I haven't run into the problem of Bouffalant/Sigilyph yet, though I would like to know if there's anything I can do to improve my deck.

and Ex, I was warned against using N. It's alright at the start, but it only hinders me end-game, with Emboar's ability
 
I think not running N is a bad idea. It would help in utterly breaking down every plot your opponent might have and it is a great way to refresh your hand when it seems to be running dead. And yeah, it would pretty much become a dead card during late game but would you even use it when you're down to 1 prize card? :p And from my experiences Cilan pretty much uses up your 1 turn supporter card play for energies and since you have a pretty strong draw power engine, it would just hinder you especially in a case wherein you need to juniper your hand away to get new cards but can't becuase you've already played a Cilan.
 
That's true r0naLd, though I'm bad at deciding what cards to take out. Should I drop a Bianca and Juniper in place for a couple of N?
Puff - As soon as I start using Rayquaza, wouldn't the focus switch from using Reshiram EX to Rayquaza EX? Just wondering
 
That would be up to you dude :D I don't use Biancas on my reshiboar ex deck, I'd rather use Cheren though. it could also hurt your playing style if you chose to replace them with N's. I also find 2-3 juniper better than having 4 copies of them as I really hate discarding cards.
 
First of all, I believe your above list is 1 card short.

A few thoughts/suggestions:

+2 Reshiram (BW). To fill missing slot and to provide another strong starting basic. 11 basic Poké are "better" than the current 9, especially when 3 are EXs that you may not want to expose to early game attacks.

-1 Emboar. 3 Fandango Emboars, I've found, are quite sufficient. Personally, I like playing 1 Flare Blitzing (BW 19) to inflict a "surprise" 150 damage!

-1 Professor Juniper.
-2 Cilan.
-1 Cheren.
+3 N. With this revised mix of draw Supporters, Cilan was replaced so that you can still draw more than just energy. Secondly, Ns were included for disrupting your opponent's hand, if nothing else.

-3 Heavy Balls.
+2 Ultra Balls.
+1 Energy Retrieval. This revised mix still helps you get needed Poké while enhancing your chances of getting the needed R energy into your discard pile from which you can retrieve faster (via extra Energy Retrieval).

yes your list looks real better. but I would suggest running:

-4 ultraball
+2 heavy ball
+2 poke comm

I hate discards. but if you prefer Ultraball then by all means, go :D
