Empoleon/Dusknoir/Leafeon

The town map is very nice in here, especially with Dusknoir. Picking a prize late game can be pretty instrumental. Why do you say to bump the balls to 4 ofs? Also, I'm not too sure about the Jirachi in here. What do you guys think?

That is a good point. The 4 Balls (at least level balls, you could probably do with only 3 Ultra Balls) are so critical because it basically searches for every Basic Pokemon you'd want to search for, even Prinplup, and Dusclops, if you run it (my current Empire list doesn't). You could play Jirachi if you'd like, but this deck has so much draw power it's ridiculous. Jirachi is always nice but in my experience with the deck, you're almost always good on Supporters. Besides, once you get Empoleons set up, you don't really need much else, other than remembering to keep your foot on the gas (in the words of Heretic) and setting up Benched Empoleons as often as possible in case your active gets knocked out.

Also, consider only 2 Juniper. Like I said, once you have your Empoleons set up, there's no reason to be discarding cards that could be huge late-game. This deck is scarily close to my decklist which I'll be putting together as early as tonight, maybe. Six Prizes France Regionals perhaps? :p Also, get this: adding two Blends and baby Terrakion for Retaliate; 30 + 60 when you were knocked out last turn = 180 to Darkrai. Instant incentive to not knock out your Empoleons with a Darkrai, which of course gives you the better end of the prize trade, and which is a particularly interesting matchup. Speaking of which, definitely add Mr. Mime to your list. There goes that night Spear Damage, unless of course they're paying Garbodor.

But darkrai will probably only be a free retreat card now with Yveltal. I still personally think 3 Juniper at least.

So what do you guys think of the changes? That second Prinplup is very questionable at this point. He definitely ups my consistency a lot, and makes the rare candy crunch a lot better, but I can still play around with that slot. Is there anything dire that I'm missing here?
Difficult to answer since I'm not sure what your current deck list is. So, please revise and list your current deck. Thanks.

My current list is the list that's on the first page, I made the edits to that.

Most decks still use it to attack. It's still a solid attacker.

If they see the Terrakion chillin' on the bench, they'll just attack with Yveltal, which they can certainly get by the whole game attacking with. That's why Leafeon is so darn god in here. It really is the only thing that keeps this deck in the game.

Yeah, Leafeon is even better now with the energy being stacked up on Yveltal. I guess you have a point. I've also been thinking about working with other Eeveelutions. Also, EMPOLEON CAN STAND ON ITS OWN DAMMIT #EMPOLEON2014

#Clutchwiththeeggs
Eggs are ridiculously good in this deck. As soon as those pink things hit your discard, its free diving draw #ForDayz. I know it kinda messes with your list, but Landorus EX is actually quite good in this deck, considering you are playing dusknoir, it couldn't hurt. Devoting 5 cards (2 landorus, 3 fighting) swings matchups entirely, most notably, well, anything that doesn't play Garbodor XD. Also, anyone up for a # battle? I'll take VirGen you pick your deck pm me.

I've considered Landorus, my problem is that he doesn't help me with Lugia or Yveltal. He does help out with Thundurus, but I just can't really find the space, and I don't like giving up the prizes.

Also, I'm either going to run this, or Blastiose at States, which would you guys think is better? I'm leaning more towards blastiose, just because that list is very tried and true, it's just really consistent and it's good, and I'm still kinda working on this.

You might want to get more confident with your decklist before taking it to states, so I'd probably go with Blastoise.

Nah. Empire is the better and more consistent play if you don't have beach. Also, it depends on yor age. Truthfully, I'd go with Empire since blastoise is just one of those decks that really needs beach. This one doesn't. But if you value practice over consistency, then go with blastoise. Ah, also, Landorus EX isn't to specifically help with lugia and such. Its to spread quick damage on the board so you can move it later to get the KO with dusknoir. Notably swings the VirGen matchup in my testing.

I play RayBoar without beach, and considering it will be rotated out soon, I'm not about to spend $400-600 on a card that won't be playable next season. Since RayBoar is basically a Fire/Dragon equivalent to Blastoise, I'd assume if you had a solid enough decklist that you don't need beach. Just add consistency cards like Electrode for draw power.

You guys would love my hyper keldeo version. It runs 2-2 line of electrode, and a delfox (not my normal lines I just tried it for fun). But in rayboar I do play 1 delfox and 2-2 line of electrode.

I actually run a 2-2 line of electrode, and it may work better than beach, in that it's so strong late game, it can reliably OHKO anything, once I get an electrode set up.
