3-3 umbreon dex
2 kyurem ex
0-3 aerodactyl dex
2 fliptini
4 twist mountain
4 pont
4 n
3 juniper
4 dual ball
3 level ball
2 ultra ball
4 crushing hammer
3 enhanced hammer
3 junk arm
6{D} energy
4 water energy
4 dce

the stategy use umbreons shadow shutdown and to hit double heads to discard all energy attached to the defending pokemon and use fliptini if you dont get double heads

Don't know about the 4 dark claws, you can most likely thin that out 1. Level ball should probably be more maxed than dual ball, as it can automaticly get you any of your basics / 1st stages. The Krookodile also only works if he is the active pokemon, so he can't just free hammer every turn. If you want to use him, you'll have to get some fighting energies. I really like the idea of the victini umbreon, but it'll need more support than just this. Darkrai Ex or another tank (if you are adding the krookodile line, you could always terrakion.

Overall,
-4 dual ball
-1 dark claw
-1 DCE
-2 dark energy

+1 Level ball
+2 Darkrai
+2 Terrakion
+3 fighting energy

I would totally focus on disrupting and discarding. Krookodile is useless here since it needs to be active to work. I would go for Sharpedo and Spiritomb TR to make Victini more usefull.

-4 Dark Patch (I don't think that energy acceleration will be a problem for a deck that don't use too much energy to attack)
-1 PONT (to make room)
-1 Dual Ball (to make room)
-4 Ultra Ball (useless)
-4 {D} (for special {D} ones)
-2-2-2 Krookodile
-1 Juniper
-2 N

23 free spaces:

+3-3 Sharpedo TR (to discard your opponent's full hand with Victini's and Spiritomb's help)
+2 Spiritomb TR (to make your opponent draw 6 cards and discard with Sharpedo)
+2 Seeker (Ocasionaly donk and make your opponent fill his hand to discard more cards, sametime you recoil your spiritomb)
+3 Lost Removers
+1 Lvl Ball
+1 RR (to get Seeker or other Supporter faster)
+4 Catcher (how did you forget it?)
+4 special {D}

important thing is have your fliptini sitted with Carvanha and Eevee to use each one depending on the situation.

take a look on this video... is a quite wierd deck, but is fun indeed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0xVZT6qbHQ

Some changes I'd make:

-2-2-2 Krookodile (Doesn't discard well enough)
-1 Dark Claw (More Dark Claws then Umbreon)
-2 Dark Patch (Isn't the best Acceleration for a mid to slow speed deck, and plus, Eevee can't be dark patched)
-3 Level Ball (I don't see what it searches that dual ball can't)
-1 Ultra Ball (Just to make some space)
-1 DCE (Again. More DCE then Umbreon)
-1 N (Just to make some more space)
-4 Basic Dark Energy (Change into Special ones)

+3-1-2 Ampharos Prime (There gonna need to attach more energies, since you're discarding them)
+3 Rare Candy (For Ampharos)
+3 Crushing Hammer/Lost Removers (For those times you can't get double heads)
+3 Pokemon Catcher (Why not?)
+4 Special Darkness Energy (More damage out)

Some other options:
Sharpedo (For more disruption)
Darkrai EX (Free retreat and a fast attacker)
Shaymin (Helps out Dark Patch and Darkrai allot)
Super Rod/Revive (Victini is catcher bait, and you will most likely need to get it back)

I really like this deck idea. I REALLY hate flip, so I'm not gonna test this deck out, But you probably have better luck with flips then I do :D
