By the way the blastoise, I just pulled from a pack yet it has slight whitening on the edges. I barely even touched it. More of TCPI quality issues.
The blissey was owned by someone else. It had scratches in the foil (may very well be factory scratches), slight whiteing on the edges, and the very bottom has a tint bit of crimping (like a binder ring snapped shut on it). It still looks near mint in my book, and blastoise is brand new mint, BUT they are not perfect. I can try to take a photo if needed of blissey, but I dont know how good it would be.
