Basically the concept is to hit all of your opponents Pokémon's HP down to a very low amount and THEN start taking prizes. I know it loses to some decks really bad, but it's a fun deck. :D
 
Seems like Ace Trainer would be a natural fit for this deck. Also, since you're already running grass maybe add in a Vileplume line for item lock? Not sure how much space that would take up compared to what you would loose to make that happen.

Also, why so many escape ropes? Seems like 1 or 2 float stone would be better, but you would need to manage who needs the float stone and who gets a balloon.
 
The escape rope are for racking up damage THEN killing your opponents Pokémon. That's why they are there.
 
This may just be the trolliest deck I have ever seen. I want to build it so bad, if that's ok:p

Just something I might try if I do end up testing this is 4 Crushing Hammer or even just 2 Enhanced Hammer. Could definitely induce some rage.
