I value Promocroak no higher than $6 because I can buy the booklet it comes in for about $10. All of the cards you wanted for it are worth around $20, so that's an obvious no in my opinion. Also, I already have a Promocroak, so I don't need it that bad.
I don't need any of the things you just listed except maybe the Pichu, depending on what set it's from.

That sounds just fine to me, PM to confirm.
Personally, I value the Steelix a lot higher than that. It's not even released yet, and it's pack to sleeve mint. Maybe like 3 Charizard and something smaller, and is there anything else you're interested in me so I could get the Ninetails too?
