Ruling Espeon PokeBody (Sunlight Veil)

"Each of your pokemon that evolves from eevee gets +20 HP. You cant use more than 1 Sunlight Veil PokeBody each turn."

My friend plays with an all eevee deck and is convinced that this card heals every eevee 20 HP every turn and that it stacks with other Sunlight Veils.

I completely disagree.

So does it actually increase the max health of eevees or heal them each turn?

Does it stack with other espeons on the bench?

It doesn't stack.
It adds 20 to the max hp. So flareon w/ 90hp goes to 110hp.
It only affects eevolutions, not the eevees themselves.
