Energy-14
2 Basic Steel Energy
4 Special Dark Energy
4 Special Steel Energy
4 DCE

Ok i did alot of mork on it today and play tested it a couple times
and this is what i came up with:
I gave the sages a try and it actually kinda does work,
i still dont like the fact i have to discard but im sure in time i will get over it
for now i REALLY like my 3 Zoroarks just because if i loose 2 against a dragon deck im kinda stuck
i might, key word might, put in 2 super rod in place of 1 zoroark when i get them
when i dropped my energy count to 14 and played with the interviewers they were next to useless so they came out then
Thanks to everybody that put in contributions and i did keep them in mind let me know what u think :)
PEACE

I'm not sure I see the synergy between the two Pokémon: or the use of Steelix Prime for that matter. However, You definitely need to make some changes to the list.

+ 3-4 Juniper is a must. It is simply very consistent throughout the entire match. It lets you go from little cards to plentiful amounts of them.
Secondly,
+3-4 Junk Arm is also a staple, allowing you to retrieve lost Catchers, Rare Candies, Communication and such.

If I were you (which I'm not :p) I'd consider removing the Steelix lines, Regular Dark Energy, and Regular Metal Energy in favor of:

4 DCE
4 Special Metal
4 Special Dark
1 Rainbow Energy

As a reference point, I made a list that uses your key components but up to "competitive" standards. Sorry if this has been brief, I'm kind of sleepy.

Pokemon-18
3-2-3 Hydreigon
3-3 Scizor Prime
3 Absol Prime (It will help you with later Hydreigon spreading.)
1 Cleffa HGSS (Free retreat hand refresh.)

Trainers/Supporters-29
3 Rare Candy
3 Communication
2 Switch
3 Catcher
2 Energy Exchanger
2 Sage's Training / Professor Elm's
1 Cilan / Cheren
3 Collector
3 Juniper
3 PONT
4 Junk Arm

Energy-13
4 Special Dark Energy
4 Special Metal Energy
4 DCE
1 Dark Energy

I can't seem to grasp the concept of this deck.

Scizor is meant for speed setup and cascading damage, Steelix is retrieving energy to set up for 100 a turn, and Hydreigon is damage spread/sniping...Each pokemon has it's own focus and you don't really have any support whatsoever...

Plus ALL of the pokemon are weak to one of two Tier 1 attackers. Hydreigon and Zoroark are going to be annihilated by Donphan decks, and Steelix and Scizor by the plethora of Reshiram decks. Theres no type coverage whatsoever. Go up against a Donphan Dragons deck and you might as well T1 scoop, because your opponent would have both your weaknesses.

If you really feel you want to run something like this, I can think of a few changes you could make...

-Steelix line. Not worth running at all right now. Between it's weak first attack, currently useless pokebody (almost no deck aside from a rogue or maybe Mewbox with Crobat has any special conditions), high second attack cost for mediocre damage, high retreat, and weakness, it's just an all around terrible situation in this meta.
-Basic Dark Energy. Your only 2 dark pokemon are Hydreigon and Zoroark. Hydreigon doesn't even NEED dark energy because of it's ability, and Zoroark the only energy your gonna want on him are either a DCE for quick foul play or a Special Dark/any other energy for 130 dragon kill.

That leaves 9 spots to work with sooo...

+2-1-2 Klingklang (ability). At least one tech of him is necessary in steel decks, imho. Especially with Scizor because of how weak scizor is and how much energy gets piled on one to be able to 1HKO things. This also helps when your facing a Beartic deck (I know you have weakness advantage but if he brings a beartic up after a KO and gets you in the lock, what good is it?). He locks you, you retreat/switch and just move the energy onto another Scizor/Hydreigon/Zoroark and there you are attacking again.

+2 Junk Arm. Candy. Catcher. Switch. Comm. Why are you NOT running these? Junk Arm has saved many a butt in this game, it may just save yours.

+1 PONT. Need 3 for consistency.

+1 Juniper. Consistency/Hand Refresh.

Change Steelix line for 4 Skarmory UD/CL. This triggers your energy acceleration, making Scizor hit harder, or making Hydreigon fully charged since its Ability makes them Darkness. Drop your energy count to 14 (4 Metal Sp, 4 Double Colorless and 6 Metal Basic) It should be consistent enough. Greetings!

great suggestions guys thanks alot i didnt even think about the fact that zoroark and hydreigon don't need what this deck used to be was Nightfall lol
I get what yall are saying with taking the Steelix out its just that im sure none of yall have played my friends Leaferade deck but we'll see you make excellent points i might eventually give him the boot.
Junk Arm excellent i didnt even think of it cause that is true i love that card it has saved my butt more then enough times in my MagnaPhlosion Deck
Hey Izan instead of a Juniper what would u think about a Cleffa instead i don't really like the whole get rid of your entire hand thing just because if i take steelix out i don't have anyone to take those energy out.
Wheat also great ideas thanks but i don't really get the Absol Prime thing and the Rainbow Energy if could explain that to me id appreciate it
also Wish Maker i did have Skarmory in here once upon a time but now that steelix might be coming out i have to think bout puting him back in maybe
Anyway thanks alot guys ill probably work some more on it and repost a new deck list
PEACE

Cleffa is good too, but Juniper can really help if you just have a god awful hand (or if you get a really low hand. I've juniper'd and discarded nothing before.)

This new list is much better, but I would still reduce your Juniper down to 1 and get that 3rd PONT for consistency.

yeah i know i just dont got another PONT so im just useing that and Cleffa for now

You need to put the updated decklist in the first post.

dmaster out.

sorry about will do and ill delete all my other deck lists i posted
OK its up at the top there my newest list let me know what u think
