BW/BW2 Event Pokemon Questions

Hi,
Can anyone post a link for a list of all the Pokemon events from D/P/P and up?
Also, I was wondering, are you supposed to level up event Pokemon? Please give me your take on it.

I know Bulbapedia has really long lists with all the events ever existed. Just search "List of Nintendo Event Pokemon" and it should come up for you. They're grouped by both year and region.

Also, I was wondering, are you supposed to level up Pokemon? Please give me your take on it.

The only Pokemon I don't always level up are ones that are from special events.
