Is there a quick and easy way to see the evolution progression for any given Pokemon? For example, if I have Piplup and want to see Level 1, Level 2, and if there is a Level X for Piplup, how do I do that? Thanks.
PokeBeach has sets of TCG on the side. If the basic is in that set, then the Stage One and Two will be as well.
Can't help you with the Lv.X I'm afraid. The DP Sets:

I'm afraid that this requires a bit of memorization. There isn't much that you can do, although if you go out and buy a Pokedex Book Thing from a newer videogame then you could just look through that. That is only if you want to see the evolutionary progression for the Pokemon. Although if you want to see the Lv.X and such then you just have to learn them.
The above link did a good job in showing progression...although it does take a bit of work to find out where to find the rest of the cards to finish the progression. For example, my wife bought my son a Booster pack from the store today. In that Booster pack there were a couple of level 1 and level 2 pokemon that we don't have the previous steps for. It's good to know that with the above link i can at least find out their names. Now, how to find them. Plus I'd really like to get some EX cards for at least one of the pokemon that my son has.
The following Pokemon have a Level X:
Empoleon - Tin
Infernape - Tin
Torterra - Tin
Lucario - Tin
Electivire
Magmortar
Gardevoir
Honchkrow
Dialga - Tin
Palkia - Tin
Darkrai - Tin
Cresselia
PorygonZ
Garchomp
Leafeon
Glaceon
Azelf
Mespirit
Uxie
Rhyperior - Tin
Gliscor
Mewtwo - Tin
Magnezone
Heatran - Tin
Regigigas - Tin
Machamp
Dusknoir
Raichu
The cards with Tin behind them are in Collectors Tins and therefore easier to obtain. Given the fact that you have the Lucario/Manaphy Trainer Kit, if I recall correctly, you could shoot for Lucario LVX, who is relatively cheap.
