Ruling Evolving on what turn?

I was wondering if each player can't evole his/her pokemon on their 1st turn or only on the 1st turn of the game?

You are incorrect Psychic Pokemon Master. Neither player may evolve a Pokemon on the first turn unless that pokemon has a poke-body that says it can such as Burmy. Additionally, neither player may evolve a pokemon the same turn it is placed onto the bench, unless Broken Time-Space is in play or you play a Rare Candy.

You can also do it if the Pokemon in question is holding an Item that states you can evolve the turn you play it, although these aren't all that common.
