cool! I like this idea, Hmm... i'd like to see more. but, i suggest, you also make attacks and hp and stuff for each of them. once you're done them all, you can, if you want, make acutally fake cards using templates!

First of all, Diaruga is way broken.
It's Poke-Power doesn't even make sense. (Take it away from them?)
Next, for just three energies, you could easily do 120 damage by just having 5 cards in your hand. Next, he's a basic with 100 HP. Sooo broken.

Parukia is just as broken. In about 5 turns your about could lose just because of the fact that he has no Pokemon left on Bench/Active.

For once, I agree with ChanseyMaster. Broken, Broken, Broken, written all over the cards, but nice try though.

Lucario isn't AS broken.
 
You can't make Delta Species versions of Diaruga or Parukia when you don't know what their original types are...
