I think the attacks is a little bit broken...

My Fix:

Glalie 80 HP (w)

Poke-Body Cold Body If the Frozen Ground is in play, Glalie cannot be affected by any Special Conditions.
(W,C) Icy Wind 20
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Frozen
(W,C,C) Ice Wave 40+
If the Defending Pokemon is Frozen, this attack does 40 damage plus 20 damage.

would those things make Sleep, Paralize, Poisen and Burn Less Broken? no. either let something have it be not Frozen anymore (Like sleep)

ok , fix it to:

A Frozen Pokemon cannot attack, but can retreat, and can use Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies if stated, for 2 turns. If it passes your opponent for 2 turns, your opponent's Pokemon is not Frozen anymore...

Yeah, I know to my Glalie was broken. Now I'll try to make card wich are much better. Sorry about that Glalie
