Kyogre EX
Pokemon 16

3-1-3 Feraligatr
3 Kyruem
2 Kyogre EX
2 Groudon EX
2 Cleffa
Trainers 31
3 Pokemon Communication
4 PONT
2 IQ
4 Eviolite
4 Junk Arm
2 Fisherman
3 Rare Candy
4 Collector
2 Switch
1 Burned Tower
2 Cheren
Energy 13
4 Prism Energy
9 Water

Basically, you spread with Kyruem as quick as possible, to start with. Then your opponent will KO Kyreum after two turns or so, and either you bring up a Kyruem EX or Groudon EX to finish off that attacker, or use Kyogre EX to take up to two prizes at once.
I have high hopes for this deck, but I really have no idea how it will fare against the current metagame.

Pokemon center goes against your deck, as you let them heal spread damage. Kyurem EX is completely unneeded. You're basically giving them 2 free prizes. Groudon and Kyogre EX could be cut down to one each. More {W} is probably needed- 9 should be fine. Pluspower could be cut down to 1, or even 2 because you're spreading. You need an answer to {M} SEL, Reshiram, or Reshiram EX all work. KGL could also be an option. Here is the list I would use.
Pokemon: 17
3-2-3 Feraligatr
3 Kyurem
1 Kyogre EX
2 Cleffa
1-1 KGL
1 Reshiram EX

Trainers: 29
4 Eviolite
4 Collector
4 Junk arm
4 PONT
3 Rare candy
3 Communication
2 Switch
2 Fisherman
2 Energy retrieval
1 Burned tower

Energy: 13
9 {W}
3 Prism
2 DCE

I don't think your getting the point of this deck. I spread a couple of times with Kyurem, then KO their main attacker with Groudon or Kyruem EX. I could also bring up Kyogre and destroy their support pokemon. Mostly this deck is built to react to whatever deck your opponent uses without having a rigid strategy, kinda like google.
Updated deck.

Regardless of the strategy, there are much better pokemon that can ko their main attacker.

Any op'd basic, maybe reshiram, zekrom, or their EX forms? If you choose them, DCE is needed. Don't throw in EX's just for the heck of it. The 2 prize rule could hurt. A lot. For that reason, Kyurem EX is completely useless.

120 is not too much. Also, he can't use that attack again, so he's stuck dealing 60 damage. Finally, when he gets taken down, you lose 2 prizes.

Kyruem - 30
Kyruem KO'ed
Kyruem EX - 120
30 + 120 = 150
Switch to another Kyurem
Kyruem - 30
etc...

What I'm getting at, the redeeming factor about him is that he can be dropped and instanly charged up if you have enough energy in your hand, as opposed to the three turns required to use the others.
BTW, when is America getting Kyogre and Groudon EX?

True, but Feralagatr would function much better, because he can deal 120+, and when he is ko'd you lose one prize. Also, you already have him on the field.

Please edit the title to include the names of the main Pokémon in the deck. Thanks.

Oh.

Please do not revive dead threads. Thanks.
