yes.But Time Energy can be only attached to
pokemon with Icemaster's or Past in it's name.

Too weak to make a difference for EX's. Maybe something like 40+30, or 50+30.

3 for 50 on a Stage 2. Really, quite sad. And Ground means nothing in the Card game. And since when did Crobat resist Grass?
