I want to review an old post, and now I cant find it with all these changes. Can I have an explanation?

The forum layout was changed. Your post was likely in a forum that is archived.

If it was a thread you posted in you can look at your profile and select view all posts. It will list the posts and take you to them.

I don't know how to search out my own threads and posts on this site.

Go to User CP on the top of the Forum, click on your username there and then there should be some links on the left side saying "Find all threads" and "Find all posts". Those are where you can search your threads/posts.

If you want to find your posts and threads, first click onto your username. Then on the left side there will be two small links. One says "Find all threads" and the other says "Find all posts". To find threads you made, click the one with threads. (Pretty obvious.) If you are still confused you can PM me about it.
