A shaymin can't be cloned, it comes with a ribbon that doesn't let it be deposited on the GTS.

You can't get Darkeai Shaymin or Arceus off the GTS. I have tried but their names are there but you will never be able to trade or put them there. They patched that on those Pokemon because Shaymin and Arceus are technically not released yet and are not available for a Toyrus download yet. They may fix it after they have officially been released but I don't know. They are still fairly new Pokemon and have not officially been discovered or release yet. The only way to get all 3 event Pokemon is to either hack or trade from a friend.
