I'm new to the TCG and this has been somewhat what I've been using on the online version so any help with the decklist or general strategy tips would be helpful.

What's your username on the TCGO? I have a friend who uses this exact same deck. Well, probably not exact. But almost all of those cards.

I'm new to the TCG as well so these are only amateur suggestions. I would add 1-2 Colress since your bench will be filled up quite fast because of Pokemon Fan Club (4 Fan Club might be too many). I'd have only 2-3 Fairy Garden and an extra Ultra Ball or two. Also, in this deck where you only have one copy each of your key attackers (M Kangaskhan-EX, Yveltal-EX etc) I would add a Town Map so you know which ones are prized. Either that or add an extra Yveltal-EX and M Kangaskhan-EX line. Running 4 Lysandre seems like a lot as well but I guess it helps you stall while you're still getting energy on to the field.

Max Potion is not allowed in the Standard format. Since the rest of your cards are Standard I assume this is the format you want to use?

-1 Pokemon Fan Club
-1 Fairy Garden
-3 Max Potion (if playing standard format)

+2 Colress (draw support)
+1 Ultra Ball (search)
+2 Skyla (search stadium, Muscle Band, Megaphone etc whatever you need at the time)

That still leaves 3 spots. To make things more consistent I would remove Xerneas-EX and Victini-EX (helpful for energy acceleration, but you only run 6 Basic Energy so it would be useless by mid game) and add more of the key Pokemon you plan to attack with (Mewtwo-EX and Yveltal-EX especially since your energy acceleration will be great with Aromatisse. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the suggestions! I did not know Max Potion was rotated out, I guess I need to pay more attention to set names haha. I think I will add in your suggestions, I agree with everything you said, and would you recommend adding in more basic energy? I've been testing the deck out with just 6 basic and it's going ok, at least I think it is. Maybe add in 2 more basic energy and a Town Map? Also possibly put in a Pokemon Center Lady for healing? And I've been meaning to replace the Victini-EX and Xerneas-EX, those are just the EX's I own at the moment so I kinda stuck them in there. And my PTCGO username is the same username as it is on here :)

Max Potion is fine for Modified format; it was reprinted as a Secret Rare in Plasma Freeze.

Also I'm not a fan of Double colorless in this deck just because you can't move it around with Fairy Transfer, and you'll probably end up discarding it with Max Potion. Theoretically you should be fine with Geomancy.

I've never used Aromatisse but I'm pretty sure you can transfer Rainbow Energy with its ability. If so then you don't need to add more basic energy, since you'll essentially have 10 Fairy (or 6 Fairy and 4 Dark, etc) and 2 DBC. That makes 12 Energy. Most decks I see have 9-12 energy.

Pokemon Center Lady isn't a very good card to use your supporter up for. It doesn't prevent OHKOs and if anything it just stalls your opponent a little bit. It takes away from your main focus of energising your attackers so I'd suggest 1-2 Professors Letter (searchable with Skyla) just to make sure you don't end up with a hand of no energy. And add another Muscle Band or two.

Edit: Modified = Standard format? I thought Max Potion was rotated out. I've never come across anybody on TCGO that uses it, and I read somewhere recently (probably a forum post) that Max Potion was rotated out. Guess they were wrong.

Modified, standard, same thing basically. I've heard it called both. Anyways yeah, because Max Potion was reprinted in a legal set, you can use it. This includes any earlier prints of it as well.

So I've decided on dropping the Pokemon Fan Club and Fairy Garden for 2 Colress, and then filling up the 3 extra spots with 2 Skyla and 1 Ultra Ball. And I'm trying to fit a Professors Letter or 2 in there somehow. Also, would it be worth it to drop the DCE for 2 more fairy energy? I only really have them for Xerneas-EX and Mewtwo-EX, one of whom I'm going to be dropping.

This deck takes an enormous hit with the return of Enhanced Hammer. If you still decide to build this deck I would recommend adding a Virizion EX to combat stasis (Lasers, Gengar EX, etc..). Also, with the new set releasing, you could thin your supporter line (4 Lysandre and Pokemon Fan Club may be excessive) and run some VS Seeker. An Xerosic may be a nice addition as well so you can remove tools from Garbodor even while under item lock. Oh yeah! A Robo Substitute could be useful while mega evolving. I loved my fairy deck but fear it may not survive the new set release. I hope you can make it work! Good luck.
