My thoughts for this deck would be;

+1 Pokemon Ranger
+1 Hex maniac
+1 Brocks' Grit / Super Rod

On the choice between Lugia FCO or Xerneas BREAK, it could depend on your play style and local matchups. If you are a more aggresive/ fast offensive player, I would recommend Xerneas BREAK. Xerneas BREAK hits for high damage on low energy, especially afer a few Geomancy and Turn attaches. Lugia FCO is a much more bulky/ consistent attacker, and I would definitely recomment it if your area runs a lot of Scizor for evening prize trades in the unfavourable matchup, taking 2HKO for 2HKO (pressure reduces damage from Scizor to 100).

I would also suggest dropping the pokemon centre lady for an Olympia

Other than that, My only recommendation would be to bump the M-Diancie EX count to 2..

These are my thoughts, so take them with a grain of salt,

I think that doing this would help, but have a few recommendations that I think might help. If you're going to switch the Pokémon Center Lady for an Olympia, I would switch one of your Lysandres (two seems like a bit much to me, especially since you run the Trainer's Mail and VS Seeker) for the additional Mega Dianice. This will help counter EX heavy decks. I would also consider adding the Diancie from Generations, especially if you either don't want to or can't afford a second Mega. It has a chance to cancel out your opponents attacks, which could be helpful. Hope this helps!

Thank you both for the advice on the deck. I will head over to the local card shop to pick up the other mega. The trianer card you both recommend i will give it a go. The only thing im worried about is the fact of no spirt links but that would also come in handy since i would be able to put on a fighting fury belt

Just making sure you know, Fighting Fury Belt can only be attached to Basic Pokemon, so it wont work on Mega Diancie-EX.

If you're really concerned about the lack of spirit links, you could test the deck with some stalling cards, such as Rattata from Evolutions, Enhanced Hammer, Team Flare Grunt, or Crushing Hammer. This way you can set your opponent back a turn energy wise.

lol had to go back and read the fighting fury belt again that sucks :(. Maybe toss in a assult vest or two for more defence since alot of pokemon decks are running special energy

I would definitely do that, just to beef up your Diancie, Especially if you're going to play the Hex Maniac. That way Diancie isn't too fragile, and doesn't give two free prizes.

I like the idea of running hammers in this deck, as M Diancie is a stall-based attacker. I would consider dropping 1 Fairy energy and/ or 1 Fairy Drop. I would suggest 2 Enhanced Hammers.

This is the new list for the deck. I would still love to try to fit a Team Flare Grunt in there for more distruption

Love this list, and personally recommend Assault Vest over Fighting Fury Belt. If you really want Team Flare Grunt, I think you could switch two out with either max elixir, or fairy drop (but that's just me). Another idea would be to switch just one Trainer's Mail for a Flare Grunt, just so you have it. However, it's hard to choose what to drop for a Flare Grunt without actually playing the list, so I think the choice would be up to you after some play testing.
