Strategy:
Getting Latios-EX out on first turn is crucial. It should be your starter most of the time. If you pull out Hydreigon or Swablu it is crucial to get Skyarrow bridge stadium on play to get a free retreat cost for ALL of your pokemon thanks to Hydreigon ability.
The key for this deck is to ditch out damage with only one psychic energy on Latios for 40 damage which can turn into 100 damage attack with 2 altaria and 1 muscle band. Hydreigon provide both free retreat cost as well Shred attack as an anwser to any pokemon with special ability preventing your pokemon from attacking.

I believe a 2-2 Altaria line is enough because you need the space on your bench to set up other Latios-EX and at least one Hydreigon.

What is great about this deck is how fast you can attack and counter attack if one of your Latios is knocked out. You can easily spread your ressources instead of just one attacker. Double Dragon Energy make your life a lot easier if you want to power up Latios Light Pulse attack (110 damage)

I have to say that it has proven very useful. I won a lot of tournament online. However, I did not try this deck in meta.

if you changed out skyarrow for something else this deck would be standard, and dowsing machine is also a ace spec sorry, you need to pick between it and scoop up cyclone
