Guys, make sure to avoid posting spoilers, even the obvious ones like who Tobi is. Nobody likes being spoiled. It's not like I'm going to warn you or anything if you do (I'll instead just spoiler or coat it in white), but try to respect this. Would you be mad if you were just getting into One Piece and I told you what happens at the end of the Marine Ford arc? Yeah, I thought so.

Cowboy Bebop. Any dissenting votes will be banned for Eternity.

You can't do that - Shining Raikou

What?

You're gonna carry that weight, omahanime.

Bu no seriously DBZ and Yu-Gi-Oh. The best manga ever. :]

There is no such thing as a good anime.

Liar Game, Akagi, and other psychological mangas are cool.

Cowboy Bebop and Kaiba are probably my favorite anime. favorite manga are Phoenix and Pluto.

there are also several great anime movies, like Metropolis, Ghost in the Shell, Akira, and anything by Studio Ghibli

For anime I really enjoyed Clannad and Fairy Tail.

Manga would be One Piece and Death Note.

Rave Master is, and always will be, the greatest manga. It's so underrated.

Gurren Lagann was kind of overrated but it was still a lot of fun

Gainax can do no wrong. Gurren Lagann is the hypest and most manliest man show known to the manliest of men. An anime where the final battle is between giant robots the size of universes where the final form in the movie is the embodiment of the will to fight taking the shape of the main characters dead brother.
Manly tears were shed when Kamina died. The manliest of tears.

Speaking of manly anime. Hokuto No Ken is too good for this world.

Lets go Full Metal Alchemist.

Also that one anime about wolves, forgot what it was called lol

My top 10: (in order)

1. Pokemon (no, I'm not joking. Also I mean the original one)
2. Yu-Yu Hakusho
3. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
4. H2O: Footprints in the Sand
5. Neon Genesis Evangelion
6. The World God Only Knows
7. Kekkaishi
8. Bleach
9. Cardfight Vanguard
10. Dragon Crisis

@ Zorua, maybe you're thinking of Spice & Wolf?

I love Yu-Yu-Hakusho too, it's a great Manga/Anime that I remember from the days of classic Toonami and Shonen Jump.

Nah, it was something about people who turned into wolves in a society in which wolves are extinct and such.

Manga is probably Yotsubato! and Death Note for both of them. And obviously, Pokemon is a staple. ;D
(I'm generally not a big fan of anime/manga style, but these are just too fantastic!)
