Peach has been mine for years but I think Wii Fit Trainer will change that.
Lucario, Charizarrd, and Wario are my top 3 in that order.

In Brawl, my favorites to play are Lucario, Olimar, Bowser and Samus. Using Bowser's Forward Special to throw you and the guy you grabbed into a pit is the most hilarious thing evarz. I also like Falco and Kirby, but mostly because I'm good with them.
It's been so long since I've played 64 and Melee, but I remember liking Ness and Captain Falcon in 64, and Luigi, Ganondorf and Kirby in Melee.

I actually really like playing as Random and letting the luck of the draw decide who I play as, but when I do choose, it's often a tough choice between Lucario, Zelda, Wario, Marth, Ganondorf, and Jigglypuff.
On the opposite hand, one character that I absolutely detest playing as is Donkey Kong. I just don't like using him for some reason.

Kirby: Its the first character that Imhave mastered. I started playing it a few days ago when the holidays started, and so far, I can go through the entire campaign without losing a single life once with Kirby.
Plus, he is the ultimate troll. If you can use enough skill, you can swallow your opponents, jump off the arena, spit the out, watch them fall, and float back up to the arena as they die. Its hilarious.
Meta Knight: Yeah, he's super OP. Yeah, everyone uses him. But I just wuv him so much. I don't really know why, either.
Pokemon Trainer - Squirtle: I really like characters that can easily get back onto the arena as soon as they fall, and Squirtle is one of them. I'm one of those players that go 'Screw it, you're winning, so Imma sacrifice myself to kill you'.
Who I detest~
WAAAARRRRRRIIIIOOOO: Literally, I suck at him. I end up driving him off the arena with his motorbike. Every. Damn. Time.
Item~
The Fan of Awesomeness: Spamming people until they get 200% damage! then hitting each of them off the arena... Oh god, the trollz
