"Seven Rings In Hand" from Sonic And the Secret Rings, (How does anyone not like it? It's so AWESOME!) SSBB theme song of course! (Duh!) The delightfully musical sound when you heal your pokemon, and the baby music that comes on when you surf in D/P/P!
I like the final boss music (both of them) for sonic rush adventure.

I like the music from when you battle Lavos on Chrono Trigger, and Phantom Ganon from the Wind Waker.
The entire Megaman Battle Network 2 soundtrack. <3 Tony Hawk Underground 2 also has a GREAT tracklist, with good tunes for a variety of different music tastes. I'm also a big fan of the Mirror's Edge soundtrack, as in the regular gameplay background music. Awesome stuff.
I'd hafta say the music when you battle champion Cynthia in D/P/Pt.
