Looks like it's in the middle of his body or something... can't zoom in or nothing so yeah. :D

Also it's cool for Shining Pokemon to have boosted HP, since they don't ever evolve. The attack is garbage, though.

I might have to try this. Can you tell me the font specifications for the "rule" you added?

OMG, I think I see it in the dex entry where it says 'two heads'.

The blank doesn't have the part where you can put the shining rule.

Yeah, the pic on the card looks like it's drawn on MS Paint.

Photoshop - it's a style I've been trying - shadow art, where the basic design is built on 'layers'. It's a bit crap, but I can't draw that great anyway.

Shining rule font: Gill Sans Bold Italic, size 9, 101% width. 1px White stroke, outside, 100% opacity.

Lovely! Did you get permission from Xous? I suppose Chaotic Destruction is too underpowered if you think about Absol G. Mental Power is really cool.

10/10. Best card ever - and most epic.

Thanks =) Of course I got permission from Xous - it wouldn't be right to use it otherwise. And Absol G, WTF!? Guarenteed kill - that's insane! Sorry I haven't played the TCG since the EX-series, lol. I've just fixed a minor typo and now it looks even more epic =)

Oh, Meta is my favourite even though he isn't grass.

Zangoose is amazing except for the resistance - his placement isn't that good there. Yeah, the RC is OK. Slightly overpowered for an ex, ex's aren't that strong. Assuming it's for the 493 card set. Where did you get the blank for it?

And the resistance doesn't look lined up because there is none, meaning no -30. Try having a look at real EX-series cards :)

The word resistance looks a bit too much to the left. Well, I don't play EX much.

Kindlejou looks a bit strange and it looks like it's done on Paint. Still, the card is OK.
