Two or three DOLLARS? I seriously just added up the prices and most of them are commons/uncommons which I value at no more than 10 cents a piece. The only Japanese card there that is worth something is the Rocket's Zapdos, which I value at $4 the commons and uncommons are worth $2.60, so thats a total 6.60

You said two or three per card. So your saying, "two or three cards per card?" And either way, that's not that very good of a deal at all since Krookodile RH is worth $2.50, so are Zoroark and Klingklang, and the RH Galvantula is worth $5.
