Your question is a hard one to answer. Any deck is good to play in a tournament. The hard part is knowing what everyone else is going to play. If they're already M Ray and M MewTwo heavy in your area, then I wouldn't play them because it'll just be mirror matches which can be harder to win. Goal is to counter you local meta.
