Ruling Feraligatr d DF, snipe+10?

*I have 2 Gatr d, on my bench, and an exeggutor active.
I use Split Bomb*
Can I do 40 - 40 or 50 - 30 to the bench?
Or do I have to attack the defending pokemon?

No. Feraligatr d's Poké-body only adds 10 damage when attacking the Defending Pokémon, so when you have 2 Feraligatr d Benched and 1 Exeggutor d Active, you have 2 options using Split Bomb:
-50 to the Active and 30 to 1 Benched.
-30 to 2 Benched.

yeah, i had the same question until I played in a tourney, but the way the head judge did it was obviously wrong. She told me that the 10 damage could be added to one of the benched. >_< We ended up playing with split bomb only doing the 30 to each pokemon.
