Ruling Feraligatr 'Delta' + Dragonite ex 'Delta' = Dragon Roar 80+???

Okay I want to know if this can happen.

Lets say I have 3 Feraligatr 'd' on my bench and a Dragonite ex 'd'.

I use Dragon Roar, so does Gatr's effect come in and do 30 + then Dragon Roar's effect doing the 8 counters and stuff.

Is that right?

No. Putting Damage Counters is not the same as Doing Damage. Feraligatr d only adds to attacks that do damage. In the scenario you describe, 3 Gatrs + Dragonite ex d, 'Nites first attack would do 70 & prevent trainers ... and his second attack would still just do 8 damage counters.

would that be the same for Gyrados d and Xatu d too?

Yes. They add damage, but you can't add to damage that doesn't exist, so they don't work either.
