Really, any Lv. Xs that are English and near mint - mint are fine. Also, any you value the least I guess. I only value the Lv. Xs at a couple bucks each at most, so if there are any you value lower than others. Here's a list of some I'm interested in:

why would anyone buy reshiram full art for 15 when troll and toad has it for 10? granted ebay has them ranged form 10-17 and which is similar with scizor prime which would make it an EVEN trade.
