Strategy:
Well I think it's safe to say this doesnt need discussing xD.

Side Notes:
I tested 'Evosoda' over 'Ultra Ball' and while it did work ok a few times I did find myself in a few awkward predicaments where 'Ultra Ball' would of been better because of its versatility.

I also tested 'Talonfalme' replacing Klefi etc and it also worked well but I felt the lack of protection from Mega EX was a problem (Only if Poke TCG had side decks like YGO!)

Feel free to ask anymore questions and to rip my a new one about my choices as all help is greatly appreciated.

I forget, do you have a Shaymin? You might want to add 1 or 2 if you can.

One card tech I recommend is a copy or two parallel city. You'll be able to reduce your bench if necessary (Helpful if you have the Shaymin), drop their damage output depending on type, or reduce their bench if you can afford it. It's really good against decks that need a large bench to do damage, like Mega Ray or Rainbow Road. It may or may not help if they can OHKO you even with the smaller bench, but it might be worth testing out. Really nice synergy with Pokepuff also since you can fill their bench up before dropping it down. Guess it might depend though if it drops your damage too much to make it worth it.

Float stones or bursting balloons might be useful tools also for matchups where the Klefki won't help. Maybe assault vest if you think you'll run into lots of special energy.

Hi again bud and thanks for replying.

I should have a couple Shaymin on the way put the person I'm getting them off keeps messing around :/ but personally I don't think they help this deck simply because they're not easy to get off the bench and they are a easy prize card bait for Lysandre, Hence why I opted for the the heavy draw power.

Also I feel parallel city does nothing for this deck because the 20 damage reduction doesn't really aid anything and I want my opponents bench to filled as much as possible and I only keep 1 card (usually Exp. Share Riolu) on my bench to maximise damage output.

Assault vest/busting balloon was something I wanted to fit in but couldn't justify the deck space, like I said only if we had the option of a side deck like YGO!

I'd drop the 2 experience share for some of the other tools personally. The attack only takes two energy, and with the max elixirs that should be enough to help accelerate without the share. Maybe even drop both the acro bikes or one of the trainers mail. Four seems like a little overkill when your Pokémon take so little to set up.

Looking through some cards and I'm also thinking about adding 1 or 2 Buddy Buddy rescue for two reasons:

1) Helps get back those Riolu / Lucario
2) Combos well with Poke Puff, almost guarantees another 60 DMG

Personally, I think Coballion from Steam Siege is AMAZING in this deck! He is a great late game attacker, and doubles as a protect/shield/defense guy and is useful in different situations.
