Pokemon Fire starters link with chinese zodiac?

Rotom has been called both legendary and non-legendary by official sources, and although it seems to be not because of the movepool and simple novelty of it, I say it is a legendary, just like Phione.

Okay, we should add "Plus Rotom Discussion" to the title or get back on topic.

I think the fact that you can breed rotom means it isn't legendary.

You can breed Manaphy, yet it's still considered a legendary. And even though the anime is very incorrect when compared to the games, legendary Pokémon are able to breed in the anime.

Ok, when did this become a discussion about rotom? and didn't professor oak catch one in the anime, and blaine uses heat form in the PWT, not to mention that a ordinary person gives you it for a ditto in BW(2).... manaphy not so much.

Not exactly, breeding manaphy gets you phione, whereas you can breed as many rotom as you like
