You forgot "complaining about pull rate" (because they forgot, how pulling in Sun&Moon times was) and "complaining about pulls, when they pull only the standard card value (~1/3 from the paid product price)
Considering sets now are 3x the size of what they were and there's more tiers of rarity in terms of quality and quantity compared to the old days where a 1 in 3 chance to pull 1 of 15 holos in a set was the standard, yes pull rates sucked in Sun and Moon and they still suck now.

Whenever I see people talking about their favorite pokemon not getting the best IR/SIR, I think back to just before the start of Brilliant Stars, where the only other full art cards like that were alternate art cards that were hard to pull and promo cards from further back, like the promo Dedenne GX. All of these arts are fantastic to me because I remember opening packs that didn't have cards with art on the entire card. On the other hand, I guess I can understand the frustration that the arts may not depict any lore/pokemon game info that makes them unique.
