Only Platinum has him at level 1. Giratina, Dialga and Palkia are different levels too. They were switched, Giratina is 47 and Dialga/Palkia are level 70

How about this, catch some wild Pokemon and Bring the Ho-Oh. Then i'll trade you the Latios, Latias, and the Shiny Beldum.
