• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

    When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

Personally I would:

-2 (Personally, 4) Entei
-1 Shaymin
-1-2 Flareon (probably the 1 if you want it more reliant on Flareon)
-1 Eevee
-2 Tool Scraper

+1-2 Hex Maniac
+1-2 Birch or Shanua. There isn't much drawing support going on
+3-4 Acro Bike-for more discard
+2 Pikachu XY
+2 Raichu XY
+3 Forest of the Giant Plants, with 1/2 Faded Town for extra damage on Megas.

And maybe a sacred ash/super rod.

My friend plays Vespi/Flareon/Raichu, has constantly been near/top 8 in Cities.

Great fun deck, problem with having 3 Shaymin-EX is that that is a potential 3-prize card game, you want to make sure it's hard work for your opponent to knock out, EX's obviously counting for two.
 
Run Life Dew over Computer Search for better prize trade. It has saved me plenty of games.
