Sorry for all the confution, I wasnt sure what you call the green electrical armish thing on Cut Rotom would be called. I was in a hurry. Any way, I meant the green arm in front of him moving <- -> <-. You know, left and right. If it's too hard, dont bother. XD.

^ if it's ok with you could you just pick one layer? The quality would turn out so much better, because the more frames you want the worse it looks. (take my banner for example -_-)

actually I could do 2, but no more.
